1、 Installation requirements for fire doors
1. Except in special circumstances, fire doors should be opened in the direction of evacuation, and should be manually opened from either side after being closed.
2. Normally closed fire doors should be equipped with door closers, while double leaf and multi leaf fire doors should be equipped with sequencers.
3. Normally open fire doors should be equipped with control, signal feedback devices, and on-site manual control devices that can automatically close the door leaf in case of a fire, and should comply with the requirements of the product manual.
4. The installation of the electric control device for fire doors should comply with the design and product manual requirements.
5. The fireproof pin should be installed on the door leaf of the opposite fixed side of the double or multiple doors.
6. The fireproof sealing components embedded in the gaps between the door frame and the door leaf, as well as between door leaves, should be firm and intact.
7. Fire doors located near deformation joints should be installed on the side with more floors, and the door leaf should not cross the deformation joint when opened.
8. The steel fireproof door frame should be filled with cement mortar. The door frame and wall should be firmly connected with embedded steel parts or expansion bolts, and the distance between their fixing points should not exceed 600mm.
9. The overlap size between the fireproof door leaf and the door frame should not be less than 12mm.
10. The clearance between the fireproof door leaf and door frame should comply with the following regulations:
1) The clearance between the hinges of the door leaf and door frame should not exceed the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings.
2) The clearance between the locking side of the door leaf and door frame should not exceed the dimensional tolerance specified in the design drawings.
3) The clearance between the door leaf and the upper frame should not exceed 3mm.
4) The gap between the door leaves of double or multiple doors should not exceed 3mm.
5) The clearance between the door leaf and the lower frame or ground should not exceed 9mm.
6) The gap between the fitting surface of the door leaf and the door frame, the gap between the fitting surface of the door leaf and the door frame on the side with hinges, the gap between the locking side, and the gap between the fitting surface of the upper frame should not exceed 3mm.
11. After the installation of the fire door is completed, the door leaf should open and close flexibly, and there should be no rebound, warping, jamming, or loose closure.
Except in special circumstances, the opening force of the fire door leaf should not exceed 80N.
2、 Debugging requirements for fire doors
1. Normally closed fire doors, manually opened from either side of the door, should automatically close. When equipped with a signal feedback device, the on/off status signals should be fed back to the fire control room.
2. Normally open fire doors should automatically close when the fire detector on either side alarms, and the closing signal should be fed back to the fire control room.
3. Normally open fire doors should automatically close upon receiving a manual closing command from the fire control room, and the closing signal should be fed back to the fire control room.
4. Normally open fire doors should automatically close upon receiving a manual closing command from the site, and the closing signal should be fed back to the fire control room.
