Operation process of Mande steel fireproof door

(1) Bullet line positioning: Draw the position line of the door frame mouth according to the design requirements for size, elevation, and direction.

(2) Door opening treatment: Before installation, check the size of the door opening. Any deviation, non verticality, or non squareness should be chiseled or plastered.

(3) Grouting inside the door frame: For steel fireproof doors, a 1:3 cement mortar should be filled inside the door frame. Before filling, the door should be closed first, and the leak proof hole between the door frame and the door leaf on the opening surface of the door leaf should be plugged with a plastic cover before filling can be carried out. The filling of cement should not be excessive to prevent deformation of the door frame from affecting the opening.

(4) Door frame positioning and temporary fixation: First remove the fixing plate at the bottom of the door frame, temporarily fix the door frame in the hole with a wooden wedge, and after calibration, fix the wooden wedge. The door frame should be buried 20mm below the elevation of ± 0.00m, and the upper and lower dimensions of the frame mouth must be ensured to be the same, with allowable errors

(5) Door frame fixation: fixed with 1.5mm thick galvanized connectors. The connection piece and the wall are fixed and installed with expansion bolts. Reserved installation space between door frame and door opening wall: 20-30mm reserved for expansion bolt fixation. There should be no less than 3 connection points on each side of the door frame.

(6) The treatment of the gap between the door frame and the wall: The gap around the door frame should be firmly filled with 1:2 cement mortar to ensure that it is integrated with the wall. After curing and solidification, the hole and wall should be painted. Apply building sealant at the connection between the door frame and the wall.

(7) Door leaf installation: First, use a Phillips screwdriver to fix the hinge onto the door leaf. Hang the door leaf on the door frame. When hanging the door, first place the door leaf vertically next to the door frame hinge frame, forming a 90 ° angle with the door frame. For easy installation, the bottom of the door leaf can be supported with wooden blocks. Align the hinge position and fix the door leaf on the door frame through the hinge.

(8) Installation of hardware accessories: Install hardware accessories and related fire prevention devices. After the door leaf is closed, the gap between the doors should be even and smooth, and the opening should be free and easy, without being too tight, too loose, or rebounding.

(9) The normal clearance between the door frame and the door leaf is 3 ± 1mm on the left, middle (double door, mother and child door), right, and 2 ± 1mm on the upper part.

6. Lower part with a gap of 4 ± 1mm. Adjust the gap between the frame and the leaf to ensure that the door leaf is flat, tightly fitted, without warping or significant rebound inside the door frame.
